Easter crawfish boil

Early this year, Mike and I decided we wanted to host Easter lunch with a crawfish boil. We ended up switching it to the Saturday before Easter because Mike didn’t want to have the crawfish sitting in their sack overnight, which worked out beautifully because it was perfect weather!

Taylor took some great pics of the crawfish process.

The crawfish were delicious and we had more than enough (we were a little worried that one sack wasn’t going to cut it).

The girls received a lot of attention.

My mom brought over a bubble machine, parachute, and some balls for them to play with outside. Once Rylan came over, he and Louise made up their own games too, mainly involving throwing sticks.

I had a great time and I think everyone else did too. Especially when Taylor and Hillary brought out their Easter sorbet punch…delicious!!
